Master / PHD - Certificate of IELTS (minimum band 6.0) or Equivalent. For PhD candidate only 5. Describe your proposal research topic and submit a 3-4 page synopsis of your research proposal (in not more than 300 words). List your problem statement, research objectives, literature review and methodology. 6. Kindly indicate the name of any academic staff that you may have communicated in OUM who is willing to supervise your research project (optional)
